Larry's Pizza Conway

I ordered $100 worth of food from them through door dash. The only item I cared about because I’ve been craving it forever was the Bavarian Crème pizza. It alone was $20. It came undercooked, soupy and oozing butter. It’s all gritty from separated ingredients. No one could eat it. It’s disgusting. It literally made my stomach sick. I couldn’t eat anything after that. The store refused to refund me because its door dash’s job. Door dash would only offer $5. The damn pizza cost me 4 times that. I’m nauseous and I’m out money. Neither company did a thing about it. Edit: it happened again, same thing. But they offered to have a manager remake it and give me a $50 gift card so good management I guess. I appreciate the effort. I’ll bring it up a couple of stars.

We love Larry's so much! All the staff are exceptional every time, but this review is about SKYLAR, ISABELLA & JAMES!! They are all about customer service, so personable and outgoing. These three definitely deserve a raise and some recognition for their hard work!! Thank you three for going above and beyond.

Came here tonight for dinner with my 2 littles. Ordered 3 pizzas. A medium cheese, a large half and half & a small dessert pizza. The half and half and the dessert pizzas came out in 20 minutes which is fine, no problem. We were told a few more minutes and they’d have the cheese pizza out. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, after I got up questioning why I hadn’t received the most basic pizza yet, they gave it to me. I could understand longer wait times on food if they’d been busy but we were the only customers in there that didn’t choose the buffet. Will not be returning.

Pam & her team are so wonderful! Pam has great positive attitude. Lovely conversations. And her team are very helpful & kind. Very family oriented and truly felt at home. Pam, thank you for the experience and food. Food was great!

Pizza buffet was great! Out of towers looking for a quick good meal and it hit the mark! The game room is fantastic with a great family friendly environment!
