Note that this is actually an AirBnB, which is how you book a room. Basically it's a three story house where the owners occupy the bottom floors and the top is rented out for short term stays. There are 4 options, fairly small rooms but also quite affordable. Within walking distance of a bus that goes to the airport, so an ideal place to stay overnight if you have an early flight. It is quite close to the freeway though, so can be a bit noisy. The owners are super nice and very responsive. All in all, a pretty great place to stay in Boston for a few days or single night without breaking the bank.
