Lanai Bowl

Stopped here while I was waiting for my taxi to get to the harbor. What a delightful place! Exterior landscape/architecture complements the tall pine trees in Dole Park. Interior is like walking into a 50's time capsule: soda fountain, restaurant, bowling alley, arcade all-in-one. What more can you ask for? All so cutely designed. Even the bathroom is cute and equipped with the fancy Japanese toilets. Was only planning on getting an ice cream but I saw oxtail soup on the menu and had to order it. They packed it so well that it survived the hour+ bumpy/wet ferry back to Maui and my 45 min drive back to the hotel. Absolutely delicious.

The food was very excellent. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I would mention lanai bowl to a lot of my family and friends to come out here and have fun and eat the really good food.

This is the one. The bowling lanes are beautiful and new and the place is like a retro movie set straight out of the 50’s or 60’s. The staff are amazing and have made it a great experience and the food is delicious. Christian and his crew have really delivered on this one. Favorites include the Pizza (Pepperoni party pie!) Katsu dishes (Chicken-Pork and Shrimp Dog w curry sauce)Mozzarella sticks and fries, salad, Pork belly and the Burgers. Let’s not forget the shakes slushies and ice cream. The arcade is small but so needed for the kids and the jukebox is free and full of old amazing music. A much needed addition to Lana’i.

Stopped in and this place is a blast from the past 🌴 50's style diner with soda fountain, an old school jukebox, and 4 automated bowling lanes. From the neon to the hard wood finishes, this is an epic experience worth checking out. Had the Groovie Shroomie pizza and a chocolate shake to top it off. Excellent quality, friendly staff and a great vibe. Thank you Christian for the dedication in launching and operating this time capsule of true Hawaiian Americana. Muchos Mahalos 🌴

The mozz sticks are insane I have to stop myself from ordering 2 shakes As a New Yorker, I approve of the pizzas! All around delicious menu and awesome vibes
