LaLa Yogurt

First thing is to know what company you are picking up for. I was picking up from Lala. Go in shipping office. I didnt read the signs very well so I started at the window you see when you walk in. It is for Verticle. I was asked my temp setting on refer and when I said 34, I was told to go through doors, down the hall, then on the left. There is a sign hanging from the ceiling that says Lala. I was given a door right away. I was told when I see 2nd green light, come back in for paperwork. It took them about 20 min to start and then 20 to load.

LALA Yogurt Should do a pick up for this company on December 15th Ryan brocket said they gonna load the truck late night,load should go to South Carolina (3stops)waited there for 16 hours and then load was cancelled Good luck with those people

Very lengthy wait time so definitely be prepared to wait. Arrived noon for my appointment (Saturday). Two trucks and the dock doors and 4 others waiting. I can respect the staff let me know ahead of time they were running behind so it would be a few hrs. The staff was very polite and professional LALA yogurt is the side door not the one along the back side of the building. I was given a door just before 7pm. Loading began around 8pm received the paperwork shorty after 9pm. On the better note I was allowed to park overnight with the rest of the drivers near the flag pole. The staff even referred me to the local restaurant on the main road to the facility. Restrooms are clean and inside

Super slow to load anyone but good for overnight parking be sure to be ready to wait like 5+ hours easy to get in and back up nothing too difficult

0 stars! This is the second time I’ve been here to pick up a load. I don’t understand why they give you appointment times when they just sit and make you wait all day I don’t know where all these positive reviews come from, but most of them are dropping hook so I get it. You don’t have to wait but if you’re getting live loaded or unloaded here, be prepared to waste your time. Meanwhile, I’m doing a favor for the company getting this trailer loaded for another driver. Meanwhile, my load that’s already loaded and it’s been loaded for three hours. Sit and wait for me to pick it up.
