Lake Wales Dairy Queen

I went to Dairy Queen and ordered two blizzards. The car in front of me, she made sure to turn theirs upside down. Mine? She avoided that. She gave me a melted blizzard with ice cream dripping down the sides. I asked for napkins and she handed me four BALLED UP napkins! It was so liquefied that it was a challenge to even get home without it washing in my car. As you can see from the photos, I paid at 8:15pm. 3 minutes later the photos were taken. That’s how long it took me to wrap the napkins around the cup and pull out of the way of other customers. I had to throw 80% of it away because it was just watery with floating pecans. I suppose Dairy Queen’s staff has created a new way for Blizzards… #disappointed

I have ordered several custom ice cream cakes from this location over the years. These are pictures of the one I just purchased. Once again they hit it out of the park! You give them a description of what you want and their cake decorators take it from there. Again, I'm very happy with what they did. My compliments to the entire staff at this store, as they are always courteous and friendly. Again, thank you very much!

Joevanie was awesome. Very attentive, cordial and taking care of customers with a smile. When not attending customers he was cleaning around and taking garbage out. Thanks and keep up with the good work.

Food not good. The bun from the burger was old, it was supposed to be the burger with the crispy onions, not advertised. The workers look like they didn't want to be there. Have better food in other DQ store.

Delicious ice cream made even better through the DQ way. If you have kids, they love ice cream. Prices are a little high, but the quality is top notch. The staff were ok, but quick in what they do. The place was clean and pretty busy for a 2 o’clock visit. Lots of free parking and it’s located in the in a plaza off the main road. Blizzards, any one would be the way to go and the dipped ice cream coned.
