I love grabbing a vitamin packed tea, protein bites or protein smoothie from LakeLife Nutrition. I can easily order ahead by text or phone. I have enjoyed everything I have tried but my favorite Specialty Tea is the Daisy Duke. Don’t forget to grab a tea to-go to make at home. Adorable atmosphere and super friendly owners. Cannot say enough good things.

Wow… what an amazing place to visit. And of course when I see anything that is for nutrition and better health I’m on it. I’m always looking for tasty protein shakes, and let’s be honest there are plenty that taste nasty. Well, I’m here to tell you I found my new protein drink! Oh and many other products as well.

The drinks are Great and so are the employees. Always so helpful with my drink orders. Called in large order for pick up was ready when I got there. Will recommend to friends and coworkers!

Love that we have this in Lynchburg! I don’t do caffeine but enjoy the flavors and vitamins! They make my drink caffeine free which is amazing! Always so nice and drinks taste amazing! Have something for everyone….
