Laguna Hills Lodge

Stayed overnight with my daughter and teenage grandson. The room was clean and had what we needed. TV, refrigerator, etc. Nice OC location. Beds were comfy with nice sheets. Continental breakfast was good. The grounds were quiet and quite lovely. Hotel was packed, which let's you know it's popular. I would stay here again.

Don’t waste your money here. The rooms and facilities were nice but the customer service was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. The tv didn’t work from when we got there. After reassuring comments from the staff that they would have it fixed it never happened even after numerous phone calls (or any of the other 3 days we were there). The best part was the front desk got mad at me for calling at 9 pm to tell them about the issue after they told me they would fix it. Then we had a family walk into our room claiming that it was their room after the phone call I just had with the front desk.||I know this sounds like I’m just petty but I’ve never felt the need to leave a review like this before and I’m pretty fed up with the whole experience.

Positive: Location Negative: Seems like bare minimum care. Vending machines not working to get water but was still charged. Also another guest was given a key to our room and tried to enter at 11:30 pm and scared me and my kids. Hotel didn’t even apologize.

Wow what a place We were going to stay at the La Quinta at the spectrum and I am so glad we did not. The rooms are a great size for a family of four and we are not small people I am 6’6” and my kids are both over 5’10” teens The outside is so beautiful knowing it is winter but this is California the rooms a really nice to from a dad The front desk called when we got stuck in traffic for 3 hours just to make sure everything was ok which is really nice since we are Coming from Bakersfield ca the front desk people both were supper nice and even gave us extra shampoo since we left our shower bag at home I know that may seem like small things but it all adds up Over all the next time we come down here I will be staying here the prices are great and the place is beautiful and the beds are great

I had a wonderful stay at Laguna Hills Lodge! The property is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the location is extremely convenient with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major freeways. It felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Laguna Hills Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
