Laguna Bakery and Filipino Food

This will be my last time coming to this location to this restaurant. They used to be really nice family owned. I recently placed an order like I do most weeks because they're only open 4 days a week. So I received what I think is a mistake of tosino, because it's usually red and this time it's Brown so I went ahead and tried it anyway. I thought, well, maybe they didn't put enough sauce or something, but their tocino like most of them its has like a sweet little barbecue flavor this one has a stewed flavor so I contacted them and I said, I think I got the wrong order And I just want to make sure no biggie, not looking for a refund or anything like that, I'm simply wanting to acknowledge that there was a mistake. One of my FAVORITE places to eat. Food is always delicious, I will purposely take Uber eats orders here and buy tons of bakery items and sometimes a plate for dinner just because it is so good. I was so upset when they closed for about a month, my fiancé surprised me with their food when I got home today and it was the best surprise because I have been talking about wanting their food and they were closed. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR FOOD!!!!! And great prices n for how much they fill the containers!

Mold found on two different ensaimada. I’ve never been to Laguna Bakery & Filipino Food; however, my family often purchases their ensaimada sold at Felynn whenever we are in town during the summer, and have been doing so for almost 10 years now. This past weekend, we purchased their ube and mango ensaimada sold at Felynn, drove 2hrs home, and upon closer inspection, found mold on both. Didn’t take a picture of the ube one, since I thought maybe it was a one-off (there were small spots of mold on the cheese). The mango one initially looked fine, but found mold after flipping it over. Disappointing, especially since that was a waste of $15. The Rice & Chicken Adobo was flavorful and delicious!! The customer service was incredible, and the lady at the front was very kind to me😊 I would recommend trying and supporting the business!
