Ladys Island Dockside

Had a great meal here while on vacation. Sought out a dog friendly place as we were traveling with out pet and staying on Fripp Island. There are not many places to eat until you hit Beaufort. This place met our expectations. The food was decent...although Im not sure the seafood is local...it was still tasty. I had the low country boil and it was a bit too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it. The drinks were top notch. Service was OK and the dog was welcome in the covered outdoor patio. We are coming back to the area in a monyh or so and I would consider the place again...especially if we have our dog with us.

This place is a vibe. Being out on the marsh was beautiful. It was quite a long wait to be sat for a group of 4 on a weekday but once we were sat we were served very quickly and had our food and drinks within 25 minutes. The steamed veggies were delicious and the French fries were perfectly crunchy. Whatever sauce came with the catfish was delicious

We tried Ladys Island Dockside Restaurant and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Pick Two and chose the flounder and buttermilk shrimp—both were absolutely delicious. The flounder was perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the buttermilk shrimp were crispy, tender, and full of flavor. My wife got the shrimp and she loved it. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in the area. We will be back!

The atmosphere was fun and the food and drinks were delicious. I ordered the fried green tomatoes and had the salmon entree with veggies and baked potato. It was so good! We sat at the bar and Michael and Megan were friendly and accommodating. One of the best places in Beaufort that we tried. I highly recommend checking them out.

Great experience! My husband and I went for date night. We had the jalepeno stuffed shrimp appetizer which was really delicious. Then we had the dockside dinner which was a platter with a lot of stuff, it was plenty to share. We also got a spicy marg, mojito, and apple martini. We enjoyed everything. The view is nice and the service was great! I think our servers name was Haley and she was super nice and attentive! We will definitely be back.
