Fantastic food!! I highly recommend trying them! We will be back soon. I haven’t had Cajun food this good in a very long time. Blackened Shrimp over grits, Crawfish in a creole cream sauce over grits, Boudin Egg Rolls, Pork Sandwich, Beignets (reminiscent of Cafe du Monde) 💜💛

My name is Mike Hilliard and on Saturday, May 24, 2025, I was part of a team that orchestrated a large memorial service for a great man known to many. He was known from acting in movies, television shows, game shows, and teaching FEMA and Firefighter public information officer (PIO) programs worldwide. People traveled from throughout the United States today to join the memorial and they represented diverse backgrounds, ages, and heritages. Few had ever had Cajun food before. LaDeaux's is a fairly new local establishment. They operate out of a giant trailer; they may be classified as a food truck, but this vehicle is a food trailer on steroids. We met Moose and family at the Bike Fest yesterday I was blown away by the wings. They were some of the best wings i have ever had - never mind from a food truck. Juicy and full of flavor and depth. I wish them all the best in all their business endeavors!! Find a way to get a truck on the west coast of the state!!

LaDeaux's is absolutely phenomenal. Everything I have tried has been delicious. My wife and I highly recommend stopping in to see Moose and Brandi for some delicious Louisiana cuisine if you ever see them. Great people and awesome food. 10 out of 10
