My husband and I stopped in at the Valley location for a coffee and had an amazing experience. Natalie and Larena (sp?) we very knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to share the special menu items and find the right drink for us. Great coffee + awesome service = returning customers!! Thank you!

I love Ladder Coffee! It’s my go-to for beans (has been for years), usually making my own drinks at home. The tiramisu latte, though, is SO DELICIOUS I am finding excuses to go get coffee. Tasha has done an AMAZING job. Seriously, check it out. I like it hot but it’s intended to be cold. Either way, it’s one of the best lattes I have ever had!!

I LOVE this coffee. It’s the best I’ve had in Spokane and always hit up ladder coffee when I’m in town. This location is very open, bright and clean. The food as always was really tasty and the coffee was smooth and flavorful. Try the breakfast Sammie with avocado. I get that every time and it never disappoints. My wife got the savory waffle and she loved it! We will be back for sure.

Consistent quality and friendly service always. One of my fave places to go for coffee. Also love their gluten free bread and raspberry jam.

We went in and got their breakfast sandwich which was 14$ for a tiny sandwich didn’t even fill us up with our coffee order as well. I will say they do make great coffee and have great customer service here but need to rethink their prices on their sandwiches. Bland, small, no seasoning or sauces to order… 50$ for an unfulfilled breakfast and having to leave just to be satisfied at another place was disappointing and felt like a waste of money.
