I ordered a cold sub and requested the dressing on the side. When I checked out, the total was higher than the menu price. When I asked why, I was told there is a $1 charge for the small container used for dressing. While I understand that businesses need to cover costs, these containers cost only a few cents each. Charging $1 represents a markup of well over 1,900%, which feels excessive — especially when the fee is not disclosed at the time of ordering. I frequently order subs from many different places and none upcharge for the tiny plastic to-go container. My concern isn’t the dollar amount; it’s the lack of transparency. Customers should be informed of any additional charges before placing their order, not after the fact. I won’t be returning on principle.

Amazing service from the sweetest people, the food was delicious and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommend the roast beef sandwich and will be coming back.

Got a turkey sub on sesame roll. Bread was fresh, soft and delicious. Meat and veggie toppings were fresh and cut to order. Their housemade Italian dressing was divine. Ladies serving were friendly and knowledgable. SUPER AFFORDABLE! Highly recommend :) I'll defs be back. PS, they make homemade, scratch cooked soup daily! Call ahead if you want to know what they're serving that day.

Super friendly staff. Amazing subs. Fresh bread, meats cut fresh to order, and great toppings. Definitely worth stopping in. 👍🏻

Best Sub in Rochester hands down, I've been eating here since I was a kid and it's ALWAYS amazing, great food, great staff, a true hidden gem.
