Friendly and welcoming, exactly what you could expect in a small town in SWLA! Plus we got to use a great discount code: #REN2024, because we were there for the Acadiana Renaissance Faire. We had such a great time and the comfy beds were great to fall into at the end of a long day!

Inexpensive, very nice room and motel premises. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable bed; quiet. Bathroom looks new but a bit too compact, sink a bit awkward to use due to its compact design. Shower is good, but remember to close the door so the steam doesn't activate the smoke detector. Our room could have used a closet-style bar for hangers. Noticed an appropriate nook for such a bar in the room. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

The good: price was fine, it was quiet, easy check in, pool looked clean.|The bad: run down room, sheets had burn holes and looked very old, clean towels left in our room were damp, and the mattress side had either vomit, poop, or chewing tobacco on it. The area outside our door was covered with cigarette butts.|We would not recommend or stay there again.

Owners not very friendly. They did not acknowledge Good Mornings. They did not speak and seemed to be bothered with guests. Desk clerk was accomodating and helpful. Pool was clean, room could have been cleaner. Quiet invironment. Overall stay was satisfactory.
