La Salsita Taco Shop

I am not totally sure if this spot is connected to the other Salsitas restaurants around the Valley or if it is its own place with a similar name. I will have to look into that. What I do know is this place delivers. The food is fresh, legit, and tastes like the kind of authentic Mexican cooking you grew up on. Real flavor, not watered down. They even have frijoles de la olla and a solid salsa bar that actually hits. The menu is simple and straight to the point, which I like. No fluff, just good food done right. Yes it is a little on the pricier side, but honestly it is right in line with what you would spend at spots like Filiberto’s. The difference is the portions are generous. They are not skimpy. So it was clean and the staff was nice My wife got the bierra tacos and she loved them. I got the carne asada fries and I wouldn't recommend. Probably should remove those from the menu or start from scratch. I am leaving 5 starts because it was clean, friendly, quick and okay prices. I plan to come back on taco Tuesday for $1.99 tacos. I think they will be delicious, a good price, and close to my house. But again. Remove the fries from your menu until they get better.

They were really good really nice really quick. The tacos were bombed it was very clean, and they had a huge selection of items to choose from. Multi selection of meats and sauces to go on our tacos it was extremely clean and extremely quick

My car broke down and I stopped here on a whim. I ordered the breakfast burrito with guacamole instead of meat. This is the best breakfast burrito I've had in my life. Everything seems fresh, hot, and impeccably seasoned. I'm blown away. Definitely recommend the guacamole! Staff was very friendly. Food came quick. The interior has very comfortable seating. Prices are great. 10/10
