La Rustica Trattoria

I can't stop thinking about this pizza. My mouth is watering just typing about it. I've tried countless NYC pizzas and this one tops them. 👏 And the inside of the place, made me nostalgic for my Italian grandparents house 🇮🇹 ♥️

This place was amazing. We got there 15 minutes before closing and he made us 3 pies!!! The pizza was all around delicious and the man who runs the place is so adorable and sweet. I would 1000% go back

🍕 PIZZA DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 🍕 First time customer, here but it won't be my last. I ordered a large pepperoni, x-cheese, light sauce($17.xx). I forgot to ask for the pepperoni to be on top of the x-cheese BUT that cheese is so buttery, I didn't mind 🤤 Crust is good and the outer crust is almost like a crispy breadstick. Sauce isn't overly or under spiced. Owner isn't tech savvy and the credit card machine was down. He seemed very old school and definitely Italian lol. I have read several of the other reviews and assume they're just Karens, because he seems like an older no non-sense type of guy and they probably just have thin skin. ANYWAYS... My family has a new favorite local pizza spot. NOTE: We have tried most(maybe all) of the pizza places within the a 10 mile radius and this is hands

😞 CLOSED 😞 I don't know if they'll ever re-open. I have driven by 4+ separate times during the normal operating hours and it's been closed. I know Joe(the owner) has been in pain while walking ever since I've discovered the place(1 year ago) and he appeared to be in much more pain on my last visit, which was about 2 months ago. I really hope he's okay.

Best pizza I've had since moving out here. Large, take out Pizza only. Classic Toppings (pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper). Can't beat the price. Only one Pizza man presently so be patient.
