The food is good! Service:They should have at least 2 people helping with orders!.. The people that work there are always so nice ! The restaurant part is always so darn cold but it really brings you back to the Island of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 the artwork on the wall are just beautiful.A must try 👌 👍 😍

Not sure why this place getting such low reviews. I walked into this establishment and was taken care of nicely and swiftly. Most of the items looked good and the place was clean. It's hard to get every food/dish to be perfect for customers and you can't make everyone happy. My order was 8$ for a small fried shrimp with yellow rice. i'm pleased and will be back to try other items.

Very clean place the service was good and the food was delicious. I went for the mofongo and carne frita and more. Once you order you could sit down at the table section is on the side to your left and by the way the decoration makes you feel home very nice. Don't go by the bad reviews go out and find out yourself.

Wasted $45 on food for me and my family. The food was not good, the porkchop I ordered was dry and over cooked, and MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! There was a very long piece of HAIR embedded in one of my pasteles!!! I have a VIDEO where you can see how the hair was literally stuck inside of the pasteles, you can tell it was cooked into the food. This is a total disappointment for me, Completely Unsanitary. I feel bad for complaining because they are so nice, but the quality of food was not there. Their customer service was Wonderful. They are extremely friendly. I have ordered a few times from this company and the food has been good but it's wasn't today. ***Also, Bring Cash, because they don't accept visa cards/credit cards so you will have to use their atm and rack up unnecessary Fees when y

Went there today for the first time to try out their Relleno de papa and I’m so disappointed. All four of them are opened inside the bag.The meat is coming out and we aren’t eating them like. Also she told me they need to fry one more alcapurria and left it raw inside. I just wasted 25 dollars!
