La Perla Tapatia Mexican Restaurant ll

The new champion for Mex cuisine in Central WA! And, in our family's opinion, that area has the best Mexican food on the planet. The owner--Ignacio--was all over taking care of the whole dining area, but still had time to personally have friendly chats with all of us patrons. The restaurant is clean, and nicely decorated, but not overly 'fiesta' in style. Wifey and I split the House Molcajete, and with amazing house-made tortillas and a cold Modelo Negro, it was the best meal we've had in years. We camp at Potholes SP twice a year, and it's gonna be easy to come back and try more of their specialties. Muy sabroso, amigos...!

Great stop in Royal City! Excellent tortillas on their fantastic carne asada tacos. The service was very friendly, and the fresh salsa and chips were perfectly addictive. Highly recommend this great spot.

We were in town for one night and found La Perla by accident. Everything (tortillas, guacamole margarita) was house made and excellent. I had the bacon-wrapped shrimp. Amazing. When were are anywhere near Royal City in the future, we will detour to eat here.

Good food I mostly go for the seafood very delicious would buy again
