La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant - Macon, GA

We arrived at 4:10 on 11/24/2025 and the place was pretty busy already that’s a great sign. Emily greeted us when we were seated and took our drink orders. She had water to us at 4:17 and drinks followed at 4:27. I had the mango margarita and wife had the Cadillac marg. Chips were thin and tasted great, the salsa was mild and was very tasty. The servers bringing out the food had put on new gloves each time they brought out food. Our food arrived at 4:35. The mex rice was great and had great flavor. My beef tacos didn’t come with tomatoes that I had asked for but that was ok. The taco meat had good flavoring, overall they could have put more cheese and lettuce on them. We had such a wonderful experience! Amy, our server, was incredibly considerate and truly went above and beyond — she’s just awesome. Adriana Rico was the sweetest and made us feel so welcome. The hospitality and ambiance were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was outstanding. A great place overall — we’ll definitely be back! 🌟

I've heard great things about this place. Ive heard it was great Mexican food and that I had to go try it. My first impressions are that the atmosphere was great. It felt like an upscale mexican restaurant. Once we got our food, it looks pretty bland. Once tasting it, I was right, the food was bland as could be. I ate what I could and took the rest home to doctor it up. Our waitresses were pretty slow and we waited a pretty long time to get our check and then get the card back to leave. I wasnt impressed at all.

Fantastic restaurant. Great music and bar vibe. I got the La Parilla Tilapia and Shrimp. Absolutely to die for. And the white sangria was gone in seconds! Delicious

My husband and I had a wonderful time!!!! Our server was Kathy. Very nice and service was superb. No wait for a Saturday evening. Margaritas were yummy! We will be going back!!!!!!
