La Paix Bakery is truly a gem in the Miramar/Broward County area. Their Caribbean Haitian soups—especially the seafood bouillon—are consistently delicious and always exceed my expectations. The pastries, drinks, and overall quality never miss. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always top-tier. As they celebrate 20 years in our community, I just want to say thank you for being a staple in our culture here in South Florida. Wishing La Paix many more years of growth and success. If you want authentic flavor and great service, this is the place!
The pate kode dough. Like the grands doughy ( like the can popping dough) it was sweet thick tasted like burnt oil like this is not Haitian pate kode I don’t want someone trying patty at your place for the first time and them thinking this is how it supposed to taste we spend 15 dollars there the pate kode was $4.80 or around that I took one bite and threw all of them away. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied. I’m sorry I wish.i was coming in here to say how amazing there were but that’s not the case. Please don’t use sweet dough to make pate it does not taste good.
Congrats on celebrating 20 years ✨✨🎉 and thank you for the grocery bag, coffee mug and calendar. New to the area. Happy I found this bakery. I always get the hot chocolate and Haitian bread. The spaghetti is great as well. Can’t wait to try other dishes.
Please don't buy patties there because it seems like they're using bread dough to make their patties, yesterday we got a dozen for our client, horrible and very disappointed we threw all in the garbage. Wanted to introduce them to my new customers Reason: they where extremely hard, tasted like plain flour, inside were hard like a rock...... I don't know what happened to this place because they used to have the best patties, not anymore. Very poor quality and no standard. As you guys know some of these haitian businesses don't take criticisms seriously and may even curse you out, so it was better to just throw them in the garbage than going to complain to them. I hope they Thanks
Best Haitian bread!! If you love out of town they freeze well so you can reheat in the oven or air fryer. Been coming here for over a decade. Very consistent. And they make fresh bread all day! Boullion and spaghetti served for breakfast. I snagged grapefruit marmalade while I was here! They also have haitian hot chocolate to drink and to make. It’s really good quality and you can buy a few to make it home.
