I recently return from a trip to baja and these tacos are probably better than anything I had down there! I ordered the taco platter and it was great!! There was a crowd but the food was prepared really quickly and I was on my way. Staff was so nice as usual!

Don't mind the partially eaten picture it smelled so good I could resist taking some bites beforehand (Asada Fries). Only 10 bucks for this and it came out lightning fast! Staff was super friendly aswell. Stopping here everytime I pass through Eugene.

This little food cart is a gem! Parking was readily available. The little dining room they have set up is a cool idea. It has 4 tables in it and is modern looking and clean. I have only eaten here once so far. I got the Asada Torta, and let me tell you, it was super delicious. Big, warm, really flavorful, and filling. The green salsa is great tasting and zesty. The spicy salsa was nice and punchy. Service is quick, too! I was only there for 4 or 5 minutes from pulling up to pulling out. Great job, La Paisanitas! Will return! Update: I have returned many, many times, and everything is ridiculously good. I really like the Sopes, spicy pork tacos, and Enchiladas, but you can't go wrong with anything you choose! Order ahead of your able because these guys are Busy! Only open Monday thru Friday. A coworker bought me a burrito for lunch and it was amazing. There is a small enclosed covered area with tables and chairs to enjoy your food right away. They also offer Coke Cola, Jarritos and water. *Edit* I did not order ahead and they were super quick with my nachos today
