La Noria Restaurant

This is a very nice restaurant with very beautiful paintings that give it a unique atmosphere that is very comfortable. There's also outside dining with lights that add to your incredible experience there. The staff is very professional and very courteous it's customers and the food is excellent. I totally enjoyed my cadlo de pollo there, and I would highly recommend you go give it a try at this restaurant for a beautiful experience. A+ all the way

Came across this place by accident while traveling to California. The directions originally took us to the Casino which we quickly realized was wrong. Thankfully, we found the place. Place is small and cozy. Shortly after sitting down, we were greeted by the owner (Gabriella). She asked us what we ordered and then proceeded to bring us two different items that she insisted we tried (at no charge)! The food was incredible!! All of it was authentic, homemade and just amazing!! Homemade chips, tortillas, beans.. it was probably the best Mexican food we have ever had! Too bad they aren't in Scottsdale, AZ! We'll be stopping again on our way back through. Can't speak highly enough !!

Good food, eh service, flys everywhere. I was a party of 3. When we arrived we were told to sit anywhere, we sat outside which is beautifully set up but not enough seats for the amount of people that seem to come in and out. The patio was unfortunately overwhelmed by ants and flies everywhere. We weren’t greeted by a server for about 10 minutes so I went to ask for service and still waited another 5 minutes before who I assume was a busser came to leave a chip and dip appetizer. Then a waiter came to help us but I still had to ask him for a menu because I had never received one. After we put in our order the food came out fairly quick and was exceptional; neither me or my family could enjoy our food without fanning ourselves so that the flies wouldn’t get on our food . Went on a Sunday around 11:30 so it was super packed inside. Upon arrival, we weren’t greeted by any of the staff and we were standing while everyone was seated and eating. After a few moments, we asked staff if we can just sit anywhere in which he replied that we can. The outside seating was also packed, forcing us to sit with strangers. On top of that, the amount of ants and flies was SICKENING! We sat at the tables for about 20 minutes before asking staff if we can be served. Food came about 20 minutes later, and was surprisingly delicious. So, if you like good food and dont mind literal swarms of flies and ant colonies under your feet, then by all means. However, if this is a place you were thinking about taking your family, theres dozens of family owned businesses here in the Coachell

Overall the food is very good. Solid menudo, stopped in on four different occasions over a few months and it was no fluke, mexicali flautas ( the mini dozen) pretty fire, carne asada tacos nice flavor. Their only bad mark is speed (not mad but it can be frustrating). Make sure you got some time because its all hand-made and practically to order. If you're not in a hurry definitely stop in for a meal.
