This is the second time that I have been to La Michoacana. The customer service here was great. The female employee who served me was courteous and friendly. I ordered a large Mangonadas and a small Strawberry with crema For my daughter-in-law, Desiree. She enjoyed it. I also enjoyed my mangonades it was delicious and made just right. I like the atmosphere here and will be coming back soon. 6-24-2024 Update: I stopped by for a Mangonadas and I wasn’t disappointed, my server Stephanie made it perfect, she was also courteous and friendly this is the kind of customer service that makes me want to come back again and again and this is the kind of dessert that hits the spot in this hot weather. Update I still love this place but we recently had the Dubai strawberries and OH my gosh they were so freaken delicious I highly recommend! My kids also only like this one because they are the only michoacana that carries cotton candy ice cream and me because they have elote ice cream it’s so delicious- none of the others carry it. All the treats are great staff is friendly and informative when asking questions Fresas con crema and the mango raspado are my favorite things to order here

I cannot express how delicious everything here is! They have a wide variety of ice creams and snacks and beverages. Their aguas frescas are delicious (cucumber lime is my favorite) Their corn in a cup is great. Fresas con crema (strawberries and cream) is a go to favorite of mine. The prices are good for what you are getting and the staff is always very friendly. My family and I love coming here to satisfy our sweets cravings

The staff here are the best the girls are young and older but always have an amazing personality and willing to help regardless of how busy it gets for them to attend to customers. Stephanie and Seidy are great employees because they have helped me personally.
