La Michacana Las Mariposas

This is the first time I visited this establishment. La Michoacana has a lot of locations in different cities. I know a lot of people that come here and they say it’s great so I had to see for myself the mangoneadas is delicious. They make their own ice cream and yogurt. They have many different option items on the menu. The interior is put together really nicely, it catches the eye with bright colors, and there are plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your dessert. As for customer service, the female who was working needs customer service communication skills. I speak Spanish, but others don’t and that’s a problem. This establishment is located inside the Brea Mall. I’m sure I’ll be visiting another La Michoacana soon.

I came into the mall on a very busy evening and to my delight I found this specific La Michacana shop. The store was bright and welcoming, with gorgeous murals to enjoy. But even better was the ice cream! Wow, the flavors! I didn't have time to sit and enjoy a bowl, so I requested a shake if possible. The customer service was SO good, they whipped up an a-mazing mazapan shake on the spot. It was a perfect sweet and creamy treat that completely made my busy night. The flavor was incredible. Thank you!!

This location is the worst I have been to. Popsicle and sorbet taste sugary but no flavor. The girl that works here has the most horrible attitude. Not sure why they even hire her. Do not take your kids here.

Came and ask for some strawberry milk wster and they don’t have it then I ask go some crazy apple and they said they don’t have apple’s either, so what do they really have ?

My favorite family owned business! The owner is sometimes there and will pick up a conversation with you and give you so many options of snacks to try! They’re SO nice here! The place itself already guarantee your food is being handled professionally and in a clean space! Most Michoacanas don’t even care about their ice cream scooper holder - this place is always clean! They also carry AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CHIPS! (Try any of Mexican chips as tostilocos! Taste like Mexicos!) Prices are fair for the quality of food your getting. I recommend coming here!
