La Marsa Grill and Seafood

I’ve been living around university for a while, I’ve never seen this restaurant driving pass. The first thing I tried was the chicken bowl, I loved it I’ve never tasted rice so good before. I came back and got the Philly, shrimps and many things on the menu. This restaurant is truely one of the best I’ve come across. I took my family and friends here, they also come to love the food. Best restaurant in JAX.

I love La Marsa! Update 10/11- We still enjoy La Marsa but they increased their prices significantly. We use to pay about $35 for the same thing we now pay $55. Food is still really fresh and good. This place has been added to our “family night out” restaurants. The food is amazing. We have tried most of their food options and everything is delicious. I absolutely love their wings. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is clean. They also have affordable dessert options, their cheesecake is so good 😊

This is spot I definitely loved it especially the bowls ouuuu probably the best on the menu for me also the new pasta I really liked the red cajun sauce definitely come here good food for reasonable prices too

We stopped by here last night just as we were passing through town. We were so surprised by how good and fresh the food was for the price!! (So cheap compared to smallest places in Miami) For the food, we ordered a grilled shrimp bowl, the 10 piece grilled shrimp combo with fries +6 piece fried oysters, and a fried fish +10 piece shrimp combo w/ rice and beans and a Greek salad. The portions were great and flavorful, nothing overcooked or lacking. Fresh and nicely seasoned! Felt light after eating, not regret! The place was nice and clean on the inside as well. The server was very kind and helpful! Overall, great experience and place. Loved our food! Had to recommend!

Wow, everything tastes amazing here. We got 4 things from under Seafood section: shrimps, calamari, oysters and scallops; we chose all fried, but next time we will go with grilled option. You can tell the seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. We love seafood and tried a lot of places and some were expensive and let me tell you this was the best and fastest. If you are in the area don’t hesitate to give it a try. I, now, have new standards for seafood.
