La Huerta - Mexican Restaurant

This place used to be a comfort pick for me and my family, but with the introduction of their new menu and pricing, it has become unsustainable to continue visiting. Despite the large portions, friendly staff, and great atmosphere, paying a minimum of $15-20 for a single plate of mids Mexican food with no al la cart menu option, it doesn’t make sense. Also, peep the wilted lettuce served with my pezole.

La Huerta has gotten so much better since they revamped their menu. This time we got asada sopes, first time trying their Torta Cubana and Diego Special. May be our new favorites but I haven't had anything from their menu that wasn't amazing. The portions are pretty large so they'd be easy to share. We just usually take some home.

Not bad, seemed a little other than Mexican tho!!! Service good and drinks as well...

The food and vibes are always 10/10 and the staff are very friendly! 🌟 this is our fam favorite! The chile relleno and nachos are definitely worth the hype. So if you’re reading reviews looking for some good food options and great service, this is the place for you! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Service a lil slow for as slow as they were at 4:00. With so many tables, they shouldn’t sit booth right next to a booth as they were loud and kid kept kicking the booth. Very friendly server though, we just probably would have had another pitcher of margaritas with our food had he asked. A 2nd top shelf pitcher of margaritas would have added probably another $10 in tip as we like to tip 25 %+ as we both used to be in the business. Would ask for our server again as maybe he was just new. Very very nice.
