Best food truck on post, and better than Panchos/Taco Shop that people go to JC for. Only open during lunch though. Street Taco combo plate and grande burrito is a must have, to set your benchmark for how good the food on the rest of the menu is. Wait time isnt bad either, maybe about 10min during peak of lunch time
