La Familia Guatemala Restaurant

When we walked in, the waitress was putting stuff in the fridge and just looked at us as we greeted her. We had to ask if we could sit down and grab menus. She didn't even get up. Then, we sat down, and she seemed like she had no desire to help us or be there. We began to order anyway and chicharrones are only Fridays, which there's no way to know, there's no beef anything, there's no fried fish. Everything we tried to order wasn't there except una empanada de pollo. Eventually, we walked out because they didn't even have anything and it was obvious they didn't want to serve us. So disappointing.

Enjoy hot coffee and a quick chicken sandwich as I o reserved all kitchen staff applying ppe...friendly a feeling like your home...very reasonable price😀

Es un lugar muy agradable con buen sabor de la comida se los recomiendo ir en familia, pareja o individual como se les haga facil. Muy amables en la atencion y atentos muy Bueno 👍👍

La comida esta muy deliciosa, pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear la persona que te atiende como mesera su rostro siempre tiene una silueta de molesta, no te responde si le dices gracias después que te sirve la comida no se acerca de nuevo a preguntar si estás bien si necesitas algo más la comida si esta bien hecha y buen sabor pero es complemento entre la comida y el servio ojalá puedan mejorar su servicio sino quieren perder clientes
