La Crescenta Library

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, they deserve it. Lovely staff, and beautiful space. This library is great, and serves the community well. It is always clean, warm, and welcoming. The team takes pride in the appearance of the library, and the experience of the patrons. The negative reviews of the library are a bit unfounded in my opinion. One is racist (claiming that no one spoke English well enough), the other is ignorant placing the county wide COVID related masking requirement on the staff (whether you believe in the mandate or not, it is not the decision of a local branch), the other is rating them low because they had to be accountable for the water damage they did to the book, and the other is a profile that just gives out negative review only. A very lovely library,clean ,nice restroom. A children's area on the opposite side from adults.At the time of my visit they had free diapers on a table .My son loves the computer games.over all i give it 5 star's.

As much as I love this library for its cleanliness, organization, activities and more, it is the noisiest mainly coming from staff! The ladies at the main front desk are friendly but a little too talkative and loud. Staff does not use a soft tone of voice, laughs out loud, chats among themselves like this is a supermarket. And the door banging constantly! In addition, the metal carts going back and forth almost non stop make it very hard to focus on my work. It's just impossible to study, way tooo loud!!!! LOUD!

I went here nearly everyday on my 3-week visit to California. I so love visiting and hanging out at libraries, especially the local, neighborhood ones. This was such a cool place, with an atrium that lets natural light in. Beautiful walkway, too. Everyone is helpful. I love coming to this place.

This place is the best library that I ever went to! It's clean, quiet, and has exceptional air conditioning. It even has a study room that blocks out most noise, and has a white board for solving problems, teaching, etc. My kids love it here, and it is my ideal place to go to on a hot summer day.
