The food is always great! The tacos. The gorillas they dip them in a grease type where it adds and extra flavor and experience to the taco. The service is great. I noticed the owner always asks us if the food came to our expectations. They also have plenty of space to have enjoy your food.

After staring at this big bold pink taco trailer for 8 hours, although I was not hungry, I just knew I had to try at least the "Cochinita Pibil" What is it? It is basically the next best thing to living in heaven. Yes I said it, it is amazingly delicious pork cooked in spices and much more.. so naturally I had to try it. Food: The Marinated Pork tacos were as expected. Marinated so well. The red salsa gave it its best taste as well as the tangyness of the lime. Service: here is were things go interesting. I was curious about the authenticity of the claim of being Cochinita Pibil. I asked where the style was from but all I got in return was a cold short answer saying: they are from guerrero. And a quick turn around of the lady after I paid. Simply not interested in sharing the experience

The beans were room temp and definitely from a can. The rice was hard and crunchy. The carne asada was ok but too fatty for me🥴To make matters worse, it’s took me 20 mins to get my food because they prepared food for a walk up group of 5 women before me and the gentleman in front of me. I’m confused as to why we were served after them when everyone is given buzzers for their order. The cherry on top was my order being wrong after waiting for 20 minutes. Not worth it.

La Coshi is such a great spot—my family & I tried the taco platters and a torta de asada, and everything was delicious! The tacos were flavorful and the torta was fresh and very filling. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Amazing food truck! We got the Tacos De Birria lunch special. Two delicious corn tortilla beef tacos with rice and beans, limes, radishes and two sauces. We ordered a side of consommé. The tacos are so tender and juicy. Only $10 for the lunch plate. The truck is in a parking lot. They had tables with umbrellas as well as a covered table area. Wait time was small and staff very friendly.
