La Cantina

La Cantina always hits. This is the best Mexican place in Brookings. The shrimp tacos are a staple for me, I would recommend! The fish tacos are also good as well. The service was awesome, they got our orders in right away and the food comes out super fast. The environment is super cute, I love the orange walls and pictures hanging through the restaurant. I wish the music was a little quieter, we were seated under a speak and it was quite loud. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Today I went to eat with my husband to celebrate Valentine's Day and the truth is that I was very satisfied with the waiter's treatment and the food was very delicious. I ordered a 7 mares broth and I went back to the past. I hadn't tried one like this for years since my dad cooked it in my beloved Michoacán and my husband was delighted with a California burrito. The last time he ate one like that was in Nebraska and we didn't expect to find a place here that made it that delicious and the horchata water and Jamaica very delicious. We already found a favorite place to go to eat

The absolute best Mexican food. My husband and I have eaten and we have been so many Mexican restaurants the presentation of the Food and drinks were amazing Our waiter was polite and attentive. We were overall very impressed with this place. We will be coming back with our kids.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have been there. Both times we had Jose as our waiter, he is super fun, sweet and personable. The food is absolutely ridiculously good. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Both times I leave saying "oh my God" because it's so good. I always leave full and have leftovers. And they're incredibly well priced too. My new favorite place in town, that's for sure. (First time I had the Texas cheese steak burrito which was incredible. This time I had the jarocho which might have been even better. He had carne asada the first time and pollo jalisco this time. ABSOLUTELY incredible)

I've been to alot of Mexican restaurants but this one definitely has the Best food of all of them. They have really good service as well. It was fast and Friendly. I had my food within 5 minutes of ordering it. I highly recommend La Cantina to anybody that wants some delicious authentic Mexican food.
