This place was such a hidden gem on our most recent visit to Telluride. They had the most amazing sauces (especially the pineapple habanero 🤌). The fries were excellent, and the service was impeccable — so warm and unexpected. The chef even came out to check on us and took great care to make sure our meals were perfect. This little kitchen inside Poachers Pub might be our family’s newest ski-day eat! Even my 11-year-old daughter said it was her favorite meal in Telluride in the last 3 years — which is saying a lot!
Fast, friendly, fresh, fantastic food from David and Diana, as usual! You must go to Poacher’s Pub and give it a try. Support local!
