La Banana Loca

Very poor customer service. The mango ice cream tasted expired and spoiled. When I politely asked to exchange it for another flavor, they tried to refuse! The ice cream was awful. I will never go back. I spoke with the owner and she was very rude.

The place is absolutely stunning and divine, it gives a whole vibe to the ice cream shop, with so many colors and music playing, it's a nice place to just relax and enjoy some delicious ice cream, bobas, and many more treats 😋 And the costumer service is always well taken care of with the employees always being polite and respectful Highly recommended place and to show some love to the Hispanic community

I’ve been coming here for a while now and would recommend it to people because I am a huge fan of the “chorriada” (esquite nachos) they would always make it the same , never had an issue staff is friendly and I’d go regularly but recently there’s been a new lady , light skin tone ,she’s been there for a few weeks now and the way she prepares things is not the same as how the owner and other young ladies who’ve attended me before make it , she makes it the right way sometimes but most of the time she misses ingredients, I mean , I’m sure if I ask her to add the missing ingredients, she will probably add it but I notice she also charges me extra by putting “stuff on the side “ which is like $1.75 twice which is like $3 aside from the chorriada that is $4 and some cents , maybe the computer s

This lady who seemed the owner was rude and rushed the kids to order, when we were the only one at the store. I order a crema con fresa which it was not near a crema all. It was whipped cream with fresas. The lady was annoying by the kids regardless they wasn’t touching or breaking anything at the store. Is you have kids, stay away from the grinch.

Cute place to get ice cream and other food items, great service and the environment was clean
