Kyote Junction

Great bbq! I got the brisket plate and the brisket is delicious!! They also aren't kidding when they say "generous portion" of brisket. Got somewhere between 1/2-3/4 pounds plus two generous tasty sides of crispy tater tots and creamy fresh cole slaw. They also give you bread, pickles, and onions on request. Some serious bang for your buck and friendly service. Will definitely be coming back, thanks a bunch!

Wow. This place is a hidden gem. They put over half a pound (closer to .75) on their brisket plate, then added two superb sides. The brisket was cooked very well, possibly a bit higher temperature compared to Terry Blacks, as it wasnt as moist for the point of the cut. Tastes like it was smoked using post oak, for about 10-12 hours. Pepper heavy rub though still not overpowering, something I'm not as used to but tastes great. I'd like to know if they use any apple cider vinegar during the smoke, or if they wrap. Overall easy 5/5. The couple running the trailer were kind and their passion shows. Thanks for the good meal!

Catering- Terry and his wife catered our wedding, buffet style. Working with Terry was great when we developed our menu, he also provided coffee service for a DIY coffee bar that we put together. The BBQ was delicious, what is a Texas wedding without BBQ!? We got SOOOOOO many compliments from our guests, even our most BBQ connoisseur guests mentioned that it’s the best BBQ they’ve had. Our out of town guests loved it as well. We hardly had any leftovers by the end of the night. Not one single regret choosing BBQ with Kyote Junction as our caterer!

These guys know what they're doing! Brisket was fantastic! Moist and delicious! Buddy had the pulled pork and it was just as good as the brisket. Folks near us had the chicken. I haven't had it yet but they said it was great. Always cooks it by the order. If you don't mind waiting a few minutes you're guaranteed fresh, hot, crispy chicken. Come and get ya some a this!

Great BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich just 6.95, lots of meat. I work near by and I heard the food was good. They are right. This is a food truck. They have a few tables to eat at, no shade right now which is ok. Might be hot during the summer. I will be coming back.
