KYOJIN Sushi

I have been a huge fan of the Yume restaurant for years now. Kyojin is all about great vibes, decor and ambience. There is a DJ playing on the weekends and the food here is next level. I stopped by recently with some family. We ordered everything from the chirashi bowl, the Monster quad, toro tartare, lemon shooters, and the a5 Wagyu bowl. Some of our favorite rolls include the a5 Wagyu, scallop sunlight, and the Yume roll. All of the fish was fresh and delicious. Service here is top notch. We made reservations way in advance. Our server and the bartenders were attentive. Dining here comes at a premium cost. If you want a more private quiet dining spot this may not be it. I’ll definitely be back to try their seasonal specials and hopefully catch one of their tuna events.

We went to celebrate my daughter birthday with my husband, jibby was our server, she was fabulous with the menu knowledge, my daughter and my husband they had a great dinner experience, I have shellfish allergy and pretty much everything has lobster, crab or scallops! Not much vegetarian options or substitutions was available! The place is beautiful with the dj vibe! My drinks were great!

I come here often! I love the food and almost always have great service. This time the food was great as always but tonight the service was spectacular! Quynh was kind, patient, informative, attentive and overall very cheerful! It was a pleasure to have her as our waitress. Today we tried the Hokkaido scallops special, they were good but I prefer the miso garlic butter scallops on the regular menu as they seem more tender. Still - the special was very good. We also had the sushi dinner, the gyoza (delicious as always), miso soup with plenty of lump crab, the Yume roll, and my personal favorite — the king salmon special nigiri. Kyojin is hands down one of the best high-end sushi spots I’ve been to. The quality of the fish is unreal — everything tastes fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared. The presentation is beautiful without feeling overdone, and the whole experience feels elevated from start to finish. The Green Day roll was top tier; each bite had a light flakey crunch with great umami flavors. Shoutout to Jenny, our server, who made the night even better. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind — her service really added to the experience. Also shout out to Denny for giving us an unforgettable experience as well- that Kamoizumi Sake was silky smooth and refreshing. Kyojin was a wonderful experience I loved everything about it! I’m already a huge fan of Yume Sushi so I knew it was gonna be good but it was even better. We had plenty of nigiris and sashimi and what stood out the most to me was the Usuzukuri style with the finger lime SO good!! The Otoro was fantastic and literally melts in your mouth and finally the miso butter scallops are a must!! Service was great shoutout to Jessica who was so nice and helpful. Overall it’s a splurge but at least you’re having a great time :)
