I’m happy to see a new revolving sushi spot open in the area. While I didn’t have very high expectations, I was still a bit disappointed with the taste overall. The wagyu was quite tough and difficult to chew. The uni lacked the sweetness I was expecting, and the scallop was very salty with a strong scallion flavor (and I don’t usually mind scallions). Overall, it’s a convenient option if you’re specifically craving revolving sushi, but I wouldn’t go in with high expectations for quality.

This might be the coolest place to eat in this whole entire area!!!! Yes, you have to like sushi to go here and really enjoy it, but if you just want the experience you could also order ramen or noodles...or dessert lol Anyway, I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door and seated right away. We went at 4:00 p.m. which seemed like a good time to get there because by the time we left at 5:30 the place was absolutely packed. Right next to your seat is the conveyor belt that runs directly in and out of the kitchen and is restocked regularly with different pieces of sushi, vegetables, and dessert. Dessert. The waitress who sat us explained how it works. You order your drinks from the screen then you pay by the plate. So when something passes by that you want to try, you grab it off th

Kura Princeton had its grand opening today at noon, and I happened to be the first person in line. My wife and I went in right at 12 p.m. for lunch. The staff greeted us warmly in Japanese, and we could tell they had hired a large and diverse team. Everyone was kind and did their best to welcome guests on their very first day. As expected with an opening, there were a few hiccups. The menu selection felt a bit limited, and some of the items we ordered took quite a while to arrive. Their touchscreen ordering system also seemed to be having issues, so I assume they are still testing and fine-tuning everything. That said, the food itself was enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it is exciting to have a place like this in our area. Despite the first-day bumps, we still had a good experi

Kura’s atmosphere is so neat and tidy. The restaurant offers fun decor and sounds added when items are ordered and from robots. Ola answered a ton of my questions over the phone and in person, he is the nicest human I have had an encounter with. He has the best personality and is very down to earth. He shows how much he loves working at Kura!!! Their hello kitty collab is so fun :) and I think it is so great that you have the option to buy the prizes individually

I had such a blast at this revolving sushi spot! It was my first time, and I loved how easy it was to pick up fresh food straight from the little rotating belt. Everything looked so good and was super convenient to grab. The drinks were amazing too — I had the peach wine (21+), and it was sooo good! I also tried the Hello Kitty My Melody dessert, and it was adorable and delicious. The staff was very patient and friendly with us, especially since it was my first time there. They made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be going again! 🍣✨
