Me and my daughter love this place! We go every Saturday for a drink sometimes food. The young people are normally very nice but I've noticed the crew getting smaller and smaller. Now food was not an option to order they changed the operating hours.I ordered online and when I picked up they just started making it right then. It seems like they need help yet I did not see a hiring sign. I don't want to stop going but we will see.

Most refreshing bubble tea I've ever tasted! Bubble teas Ive had in the past have that syrupy taste. But not this place! Fresh tapicoa pearls, chewy and sweet. Flavoring is light, sweet, and prices are great! Price does increase with flavor options. The large is a great size and they don't floor the drink with ice either. So bang for buck. Plenty of parking and the location is a great size. Plenty of parking and photo ops inside. Yes they have bubble tea but also food including buckets of fried chicken! Will definitely be back! I paid about $15 with tip for 2 drinks (flavor increase) but definitely worth it!

Arvin provided fabulous service and was very knowledgeable about the drinks and new flavors! Definitely visiting this location again!

Clean facilities with friendly staff. I walked in without knowing what I wanted and the lady at the counter was able to easily assist. She recommended milk tea because it is easy to drink, there are also lactose free milk alternatives. The amount of bubbles was a generous amount. There are cozy spots in a upbeat colorful atmosphere to sit in for a while. I noticed a few games sitting on the counter to keep people entertained while drinking tea.

I loved this place however the customer service has been deteriorating with each visit. Today, i visited the establishment and the woman taking my order was confused and totally not aware of the menu at all, her coworker continued to come over to assist however she continued to struggle started the order over 3 time a total of about 10 minutes. I tried to remain patient but Due to me being on my lunch break i finally said just forget it and left. All they could say is sorry. Never once did the coworker who seems to actually know the menu insist on just taking my order instead he came over 3-4 times to ask did she need help when it’s clear she did. Terrible experience!!!
