Ksplitz Creamery - Longleaf

My son and I stopped in this Ice Cream shop, as we drive by almost daily going to and from Longleaf Elementary. Always looking to support local. We were greated by the nicest guy! I was so pleased to discover their unique flavors with all natural ingredients! NO DYES!! Yay, as my son inevitably chooses the flavor with the brightest colors, yuck! I tried several flavors and chose the coconut which was fabulous! My son had birthday cake, no suprise, lol. They have other options too, I saw waffle cones, milkshakes, etc. For us, the best part was the company while we watched Zootopia on the TV and enjoyed our treats! We chatted with the owners dad, about the upcoming wedding, my son's baseball team, the Olympics and Zootopia!! I also learned why it's called K Splitz, but if you want to know

Came here for the first time last night with my family and what a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely kind and friendly. My son has celiac and he was completely shocked when they told him they had gluten free cones! It totally made his night and he felt like a normal kid being included and considered. As a mom I truly appreciated it! The ice cream was delicious as well! We will definitely be coming back! 😊🍦
