I wish I had gotten her name, but the lady working the front counter was so friendly! She had a beautiful smile that she shared easily, and she definitely brightened my day. Great experience!
I stopped by Krystal’s twice this week once on Tuesday morning and Friday morning. The food was excellent the customer service was splendid my only question is WHY ARE THERE ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING? What if something happens to her? And this place of business is on the wrong side of town! Y’all must not care for your female employees?!?

It was terrible the cashier was not friendly every time I was telling her my order she would walk off. I order chili cheese fries I asked for my fries to be cooked fresh and no salt they gave me my food and it was Lupe warm on fries burgers was cold. So sorry I will not be returning
Cashier was not friendly she continued walking away. I Order chili fries no pup chili add regular chili they refuesed. So I had to order a frie and had to add cheese then had to order a whole cup of chili. There was no comparison
