This hurts my heart and soul to post a 1 star review. Krystals has always been a favorite fast food choice of mine for over 30 years now. This last visit, black Friday, I had not had any burgers in months so I was extra excited to get to eat here. Mine closed down a few years ago where I live. The lady who took my order inside seemed agitated with having to train another lady. She wasn't unfriendly, but just not happy in general. Which is never a deal breaker for me. There was nobody else at the store at that time inside our at the drive through. After waiting 10 minutes, I knew for sure I was getting freshly cooked crystals. I spent $30 on 15 cheese crystals. I took the bags, jumped in my car, and we headed to my grandparents house. We could not wait to eat so right after we pulled out o

I am not sure why Crystal exist anymore. It took 30 minutes to get to Crystle burgers that were soaking wet. Not a chance in hell I was gonna eat them. Last time I came to Crystle‘s the food was bad. As a kid, I used to love crystals, but that was then and this is now. There’s no reason for Crystle to exist.

If that’s an Apple pie, I don’t want it!!!! The second time I’ve come and the same young man was getting paid for nothing.. the last time I didn’t even get food and this time my Apple l apple pie was like this

Love me some Krsytals! Wish there was one closer to me. Was in the area for a dr apt and lunch after and seen Krsytals &there was no doubt where I was eating after that! Lol Ordered the 12 pk so I could eat some then and later as the closest Krsytals to me is an hour away. Enjoyed it and the employees was kind and helpful!

Great place let us go into their diner to warm up when we had no place to go thanks Krystal you guys are amazing and you guys have very clean bathrooms
