Manager is rude. Nasty attitude. Messed up my whole order. Made it look like it was my fault. Cussed me under her breath. Food was cold and she tried to serve me fries that sat on counter for 15 minutes while she fixed my order halfway. Told her I wanted fresh fries. So therefore i got them. But, she dumped the old ones back in the fry bin. Thats nasty. After all that disrespect and passive aggressiveness my order was still wrong. Spent 50$ for trash basically. If it hadn't been requested by my terminally ill friend I would have asked for a refund. She read the ticket wrong then pitched a fit. Super rude. Wish I had gotten her name. This was on Sunday Feb 15.

I came through at 10:33 pm and ordered 5 Krystal’s with no onion and a chili cheese fry. Everything was ice cold with onions . The fries were still half frozen in the middle. Only thing that made them warm was the chili they put on top. I called immediately and the night shift manager was very rude and told me there was no way they had onions on them when I’m clearly looking at them🤣. I offered to send her the pictures of it and she gave me a number that didn’t accept it. She wouldn’t tell me her name either , I just wanted to know who to tell them I talked to about my issue.

They served food that shouldn't have been served. I ordered the double meal (3?) which must have been made hours in advance. The burgers were a doughy sloppy mess, and the fries luke warm. I took a big bite out of the first burger and immediately spit it back into the little cardboard container. It was bad, real bad. I'm not sure the meat in the burger was even cooked, it was so skinny I couldn't tell. I threw it all away except for the drink. The food was complete slop that I couldn't eat. $13 in the garbage. Stay away

I wouldn’t let this place serve my dog! By far the rudest customer service we have ever experienced. Order was wrong, no receipt, no offer to help. Get it together, fire some people do better!! 11/12 at roughly 11:20 am.

Great service, very polite and even went out of their way to make fresh fries for my order instead of giving me cold old ones.
