Krystal customer service is fantastic! I love the square tiny burgers, the taste is certainly unique, If you are not careful; you could eat quite a huge amount!😀 During my visits in Montgomery, I always find my way, to the delicious cooKing by Krystal!

This has to be the worst food experience ever, the service was bad,the food was old (gray looking chilli pups ) look at my 4 regular Krystals emphasis on regular they gave me cheese . my entire order was incorrect too point where we just gave up . . If your ever hungry don't go there @10:18 on a Sunday night.. #gross #badservice. I used too like Krystal's awhile ago .

Its just as i rated it ok. Food is hot but fries will be unseasoned. Atmosphere is just ok. Food is just ok... service is just ok. Nothing bad but they would not what u pick first

The food was pretty good, no real complaints there, the biggest problem was the amount of time it took to get our food. We had to pull forward and wait for it, even though there weren't cars ahead of us waiting on food. Then the car that was behind us had to pull forward and wait for their food also. I'm not sure if that's a management problem? But I think they need to work on getting food out promptly. We also had to wait a long time before the lady at the window acknowledged us. A smile and a "wait a minute" gesture would have been better than ignoring us. The gentleman that brought our food out to us was a delight though. Kudos to him for his sunny disposition and kind words!

Waited 15 minutes at drive through for a shift change then had to repeat my order for a #1 4 times , kept having to say no cheese , was told they where out of toots , out of all drinks except coke and Dr pepper .. then paid and had to wait another 20 minutes for the 4 hamburgers ..
