Usually I like this place but I'm pretty perturbed with the service here lately. My final straw was tonight where I pulled in 30 minutes before I had to go to work. I ordered two sackfuls with no cheese and they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me in about six minutes. I sat there for about 25 minutes, watched them service about 4 other vehicles at the drive through window, and start sweeping and mopping the place up. When I went up to the window I asked if they had my order ready and the girl at the window told me they had to cook my burgers. I told her I needed to go to work and asked if I could send someone right back to grab my order for me, she said they close at 11 strictly and asked if I wanted to wait for my burgers or leave them. Coming from a city with multiple Krystal's fast food joints around the area, I HATE I have to drive to Jonesboro to cure my itch for some chicken Krystals! But lol I still go there, quite often! This location doesn't serve breakfast, only lunch. 😡😡😢😢😢 But, it's a good, hot Krystal's meal every time I go.

There was a couple employees that REALLY stood out for their AMAZING service, one was named Cleo and the other was Graceland I believe? You should promote them both! Keep it up Krystals, see you soon!

Visited this location for lunch after letting the crowds calm down following the initial opening. I ordered a Pick 5 meal to try a few things from the menu. I got a Krystal, a Chick, a Chili Pup, tater tots and a water. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. The best items were the Chili Pup and the Chick as they tasted the freshest of the combo. The Krystal had some very soggy bread and the tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil or they had been sitting out a while. This all may be from the newness of the location and after training staff and some time perhaps they will be fixed. Overall, it's just ok and I'm not going to run out to visit it with any urgency anytime soon.

Not sure what the hype is because the food is trash! It’s never hot and always greasy. The cookies are served cold. The drinks are always flat. 3rd times a charm. I refuse to visit this location again.
