Will not be going back waited 20 minutes for 12 krystals and they was ice cold wanted my money back so I could go eat somewhere else.They said they don't give refunds, so I asked them to redo them.There was a couple of them that was warm on top, but the rest of them were still cold.Fries was hot and good but I did stop to eat fries.I stopped for krystals. Manager, not a good attitude. Employee didn't know what the hell he was doing. Trying to stuff 12 crystals in a small little bag. Come on krystals do better hire better employee's, that know what they're doing and management that smiles.

$33.75 for this and the other food was nasty, too. Respect yourself and others. Nobody wants to pay for garbage. You need to think about what you’re doing. Is it too hard though place a square burger into a square box? I got this today, Sunday, 10-06-2024 at 1pm. This is why people snap now I gotta go to my job and be hungry bc the employees at Krystal want to take money from the customers and give them balled up food like we’re animals. Zero stars! And got the order wrong my girl had to go back to get this mess! People are putting this into their mouths for nourishment and paying too much already. Oughta be ashamed thinking this is okay to do to folks food. I’m done eating fast food the employees don’t care at all anymore.

Everytime I attempt to eat at this place it’s an epic fail. At least the employees were honest about there being a 20 minute wait on Krystal so I could just go ahead and leave

The burgers was fresh and the fries was cold. Stopped my and the older lady working the drive thru asked us for money because she had to walk to work. Because she can't afford the gas. I will not go back because of the lady taking no for an answer. She asked 3 times

So after waiting in drive thru, we decided to go inside and order. The inside was closed, pulled back to drive thru and could hear arguing through the speaker. Was told to pull around to window to place order. After getting to window we go to order gravy and biscuits was told they didn't have gravy. So order chicken nuggets and was told they weren't cooked yet. Asked for grits and was informed they weren't ready yet. Proceeded to ask what they had that was ready. Response was what do you want?. So Asked do you have anything ready that we can order. Response was no not at the moment. Huge waste of 30 minutes. This was at 9:30 a.m.
