Made a mistake in choosing this place for lunch. I work nearby and thought why not Krystal today. Extremely bad choice!!! The food was horrible! The drink taste like mop water. I hope I dont get sick.

Poor service, the food was disgusting, and looked disgusting. The bread was soggy. I waited in line 20 minutes only to get my food and had to go back through the line and wait another 15 mins bc I was missing some stuff they forgot to put in the bag. The girl at the drive thru window had an attitude. At this point the only thing I can see yall doing is shutting the doors for good. Krystal’s use to be a great place to eat at. Smh

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. First, our order was taken and the guy on the drive thru speaker was ok, not overly nice, but nothing to remember in terms of bad service. When we drove up to the window we were handed 2 of our 3 drinks and then asked to move up to 'the white line' to wait. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get our order -- 50.00 worth. ALL of the Cheese Krystals were so cold it literally felt like they were in the refrigerator or left out in a cold building overnight. The cheese was not melted at all (11 in total). We decided to keep the fries and the Krystal Chicks because they appeared to be ok. As soon as I Walked in I was met with attitude. Good food, cant really go wrong with Krystals. No one does it like them! May not be good for me, but man does it taste delicious 😋

Moist 🍔 burgers and soft this was a good Krystal. The location was great near a theater, and 2 bigs box stores. Shake machine dis not work today
