Krystal

The food was so so, the place was dirty even though there was plenty of people working and standing around watching us. There was one of the lady's in the front side eating food from another place. She was eating beside where they prepare food. I heard one of the girls tell her those people are watching you eat your food up here and we were because that looked very unprofessional. But she said I don't care.

I ordered a classic patty melt it come with a dried out patty ,two cold pieces of toast, two cold pieces cheese and ton of mayo. I tried calling with no success. If I was the manager and allow my employees to serve this, I wouldn’t answer the phone either. This meal cost a little over 12$.

Krystals had been reheated in the microwave. Tough and super hot. Uneatable. I would have returned them but I was traveling and already back on the interstate.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went to the drive thru, ordered the #5. 2 Krystal chiks, and fries. The window opened and all i heard was a slew of curse words. Extremely trashy people. But I can deal with that. That big problem was, theyve started putting their Krystal chiks inside wrapping paper. And the bread was so soggy that I couldnt even eat it. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. I decided to just throw it away, and I will not be going back.

Visited the locations drive thru. The employee taking orders did not listen to the order and was clearly distracted by the lack of customers. As the drive thru was empty and only 1 car at the window. My order was for 3 doubles with only cheese and ketchup and a medium fry. What I got was 3 regular Krystal's with ketchup added and medium ice cold fries. The sandwiches were so full of onions that it was like I took a bite out of a raw onion. I will never visit the location again.
