Kroger Deli

I have been in here a few times, 1st most of the employees have a decent attitude, they are helpful, I said most, not all.. some need to quit working here because understanding what customer service is, is completely not for them. This store could be so much better, the products are good...... BUT to the management, you are absolutely horrible, you have no business running a store, ever. If you dare try to put any effort in defending your leadership it should be put into learning how to run a store, your self check out is absolutely the worst in any store ever. Almost every negative comment on here talks about that, but yet you do nothing to fix it, the employees trying to keep your lines moving are taking the blunt of your failure. Great service! Meat selection is limited, but they know how to slice it nice & thin! The fried chicken is amazing & on Friday the catfish flies out of there!!

There still good but not like they used to be I miss there monster sandwiches they used to have they reduced them at night me and my brother would go in there and get them all the time.
