Kroger Deli

They seemed understaffed. Always seem to have to have to wait at the meat counter because the individual is stocking the meat and seafood. When they are available they are friendly.

Tried to call-in an order to deli this AM for my boss. Didn't want to order on the website b/c it would have asked for MY credit card and this is a boss-will-pay-cash order. Counter person who answered phone could barely speak legible English. Kept interrupting w/comments before letting me finish saying "I'd like a Deli Meat & Cheese Tray", put me on hold for couple of minutes, came back on line wanted to know what time pick-up is wanted, put me on hold again for at least a minute when I said "10am tomorrow", came back online and I said I only intend to order small platter (serves 8-12), she tried to upsell me.
