Kroger Bakery

Glenda in the bakery was absolutely amazing! She was super nice and very talented. I placed a cupcake order for my daughter party gave her the cup cake toppers and I had no idea really what colors or anything to ask her to make. So I asked her please just make it cute and OMG she did. They came out so beautiful I absolutely loved them even my daughter loved them so much and they tasted so good.. I definitely will do this again! Thank you Glenda you’re amazing!

Ordered a simple marble cake yesterday with WHIPPED ICING, yet came today to pickup the cake today and emoloyee who took the order put Buttercream icing instead..Then to make it worse the employee working at the bakery counter keeps showing me the order form saying "yeah see it says Buttercream not whipped" I'm like ok yeah I get what you're saying but I know what I told her for my order and I do not like Buttercream icing so why would I order that lol..But she didn't seem to give a damn of course but this is just an example of how bad customer service has gotten over the years & incompetent emoloyees..

Very clean and well laid out for a Kroger. Has lots of nicely premade selections and of course all of your other grocery needs.
