Kroger

A special shout out to Eric in the produce section that saved the day by helping me find some thyme when the shelf was empty (post-Thanksgiving). A truck had just come in and he went out of his way to locate some thyme in the back and found me in the store to hand it to me. Very thankful for him and this level of customer service! This store is always clean and well stocked.

We love Kroger and usually expect a clean, well-maintained facility, but this store was absolutely disgusting. The employees’ women’s bathroom was filthy—there was no toilet paper and visible feces on the front of the toilet. It was shocking and unacceptable. A bathroom in that condition shows a serious lack of cleanliness and care. Based on this alone, I would not want to shop at this location, and it’s very concerning to think that employees working around food are dealing with such unsanitary conditions.

Pickup orders are al.ost always 2 hours late from scheduled time. Over past 4 or 5 orders there would be 1 or 2 items missing but easily refund in the app. Tonight, all bread items were smashed flat into bottom of the bags with 2ltr. Soda bottles on top of the bread. 6 bags of chips were open and dumped into the bag. 18 egg carton was closed up and place in bag the eggs were dumped into. Frozen potato skins with box open and inner plastic bag open. Frozen cheese bites with box open and place bag in box ripped open. Muffins on order not even in the order. Basically only liquid drinks in Plastic bottles of a $300 order were not damaged. Called the Manager that told me he would check and call me back, didn't happen. Tried to put refunds into the app but the app gave a mesaage no ref

I live out of state from my disabled elderly father. He needed prescriptions transferred from mail order to Kroger. This location’s pharmacy answered the phone and quickly hung up OVER 9 TIMES over the course of an hour. They answered , said, Kroger Pharmacy and hung up. I finally contacted Kroger’s Pharmacy Support for help. Spoke with Justin who called and immediately reached the pharmacy via conference call. He listened as a woman who identified herself as “Caren” was rude, made angry excuses for not answering the phones before I could even explain our problem. She said it was against Kroger policy to transfer medications. She hung up when I asked her position. Justin was still on the phone and apologized for her behavior. Gave me the number to report her and our experience. I did. I c

New store is sorely under stocked in Arlington Tn. Whole seafood section was closed off. Numerous meat coolers were empty. The management at this location needs to get it together and get it up to standards. They actually make Walmart look better and that's sad. **************UPDATE *************** Back again using the store grocery pickup experience. Don't waste your time on this location. Walmart (can't believe i said that) has better service. They called us to say the 1300 window could not be met. Told us to give them 2 hours more. Sure, I can change all my plans to accommodate your scheduling issues. This store is 10 times worse than the old one. Please close this down and bring in a Publix. ************UPDATE **************************** Yet again this store policy to buy lighter flui
