Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Honestly this is a SAD SAD excuse for fried chicken. This place is about 5 maybe 10 mins from my house and the chicken is not crispy or crunchy. It’s dry breaded chicken. I don’t even think it was fried. It might be the worse place I’ve ever ordered food from. The gravy for mashed potatoes is THICK and was stuck to the lid of the container and then I had to mix it into the potatoes to even make it edible. It’s like they just dumped canned gravy on top and didn’t even heat it up. They put about 4 potato wedges in my box (I don’t even think those came with the meal) and even those were cold and bland. I ordered a 12 piece mixed chicken meal with fries and biscuits. I ended up with a 12 piece tender meal and no fries. I called and the lady wasn't even apologetic. I used uber eats service. Im highly disappointed. This was my 1st order with krispy chicken & my last.
